Inside Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan, on Balok–Beserah beach — about 20 minutes north of Kuantan city centre. Resort parking is available, and you don't need to be a hotel guest to visit.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free, but the coast is popular at weekends — a WhatsApp message a day ahead is the surest way to keep your hour yours.
What should I bring?
Nothing but yourself. Robes, towels, and a warm foot bath are part of every arrival. For poolside rituals, come as you are — swimwear included.
