Where exactly is Soulé?
Inside Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan, on Balok–Beserah beach, about 20 minutes north of Kuantan city centre. Resort parking is available, and you don't need to be a hotel guest to visit.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free, but the coast is popular at weekends. A WhatsApp message a day ahead is the surest way to keep your hour yours.
What should I bring?
Nothing but yourself. Robes, towels, and a warm foot bath are part of every arrival.
Can we book as a couple or a group?
Yes. Every ritual offers a gentler second-guest rate, and our concierge can arrange side-by-side sessions or small group poolside escapes.
How early should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes is ideal. It gives the welcome ritual room to breathe, and your treatment starts unhurried, the way it should.
